There is little doubt that the field of investment banking is changing and more broadly, that finance is ripe for disruption. At the Investment Banking Institute, we are committed to partnering with companies and organizations who share this vision.
In particular, IBI is proud to announce an increased focus on combating the gender gap in finance through customized programming for women returning to the workforce or preparing for leadership positions in the industry. This is the mission of our latest initiative, Series W. Series W addresses unmet needs of the industry, helping companies engage and empower a more diverse workforce.
