Chris Collins

Chris Collins is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience in investment banking and M&A.  Chris’s areas of expertise include financial modeling, valuation, M&A, forecasting and deal structuring. 

Previously Chris was a Vice President with M&S Fairway Capital Partners, a boutique Houston-based investment banking firm.  He also had previous roles with FMI Capital Advisors and Whitley Penn, an accounting and consulting firm where he consulted on M&A transactions.  Chris started his career working as an analyst for First Southwest Company.

Education:

Chris earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School graduating cum laude with business honors.
